There is a “teaser” box. You can create a summary of your services and by default, that shows off the teaser field. You can create content in this field and this short version of your service will appear in this group of services..

Use

The Service pages stand by themselves and behave as do pages and posts. You can insert Services into other content and widgets using shortcodes. There are two types of shortcodes: descriptive content and lists.

[servicesdew] is used for descriptive lists.

Four arguments can be added to the shortcode:

View: By default or using view=teaser outputs the short form of a Service. “view=full” in the shortcode outputs the whole of the page content.

Posts: you can specify a comma separated list of Services posts to output. These need to be reference by their post_id number.

Cats: Naming a category by its slug will limit the posts to those that match a specific category.

Readmore: by default, each service is followed by a “Read More” with a link to the specific service. That can be replaced with different text. Using readmore=title, the title can be output at the bottom of a service.
